"Pool was out of order. I found a handbag behind the couch which I reported to the hotel. "

"No one to clean the room for 3 days. The staff says they do cleaning in every 3 days which no notice put in the room. Staffs are rude."

"This was my fourth time staying. Previously it was a great experience, friendly staff, clean and comfy beds. This time the beds were squeaky and bathroom was dirty. Next time no matter where I stay i will be asking for a room away from any main doors and elevators. Starting at 3 am all we could hear was opening and closing of manual sliding glasses doors. We arrived late so to late to ask for another room we were tired and thought it be fine until 4 am "

"very noisy, doors slam hard, very noisy other people staying there was in and out all night, party 2 doors down till 2am, worst coffee ever, breakfast was gone by 8am, will never stay there again"
