Have now stayed in Manila on three occasions in different hotels and the Pan Pacific was the best by far. It is located in a relatively busy area close to the beach and marina so you do not feel intimidated if you decide to stroll outside. The staff were faultless in every respect. Courteous in the extreme and totally committed to customer service. We wanted for nothing during out stay. Room excellent with every facility and convenience including excellent walk-in shower that worked very well... you may laugh but in my experience rare to stay in a hotel room without some plumbing deficiency! I'll be going back to Manila soon and would not hesitate to re-book the Pan Pacific. The management clearly are doing an excellent job and I extend my congratulations to them. A fine job very well done.
"Hotel is on excellent locations and easy access."
I've stayed in many hotels during my previous consulting work around the globe and my company mainly booked my accommodations thru their preferred discounted corporate rate with some specific 4 or 5 stars hotel. Never experiences the Hyatt excellent and its outstanding services. I rated this hotel excellent and the cost per night is reasonably good. I will recommend and will prefer to stayed in many other cities with Hyatt.

While my wife and I waited in the lobby, we decided a play a game of Sungka Sungka. I never played the game before. Supposedly, I won. No matter, we had a good time playing the game while we waited for our room.
After we placed our things in our room, we decided to do a little shopping and eat some Chinese food in Little Ongpin. Unfortunately, we had a difficult time finding a taxi to take us there because it was during rush hour. Fortunately, the hotel has its own taxi service. However, it was a little pricey. The ride cost us 300 pesos when normally I am sure it would have cost a lot less, but then again, for the convenience, I believe it was worth it.
Then when my wife and I had our trip to Little Ongpin, we got caught in a rainstorm. Fortunately, we were able to find a taxi to bring us back to the hotel. When we finally arrived back to the hotel, we were a little cold and wet. That was when discovered the best shower in Manila existed in the Best Western Hotel. It was very soothing, not too hot and not too harsh. It was perfect!
