This time I had to ask again after waiting 2 hours. It is almost as if they are trying not to allow it to guests. Had to walk down to reception twice to ask for assistance as the telephone line was permanently busy; surprisingly the reception was not busy when went down. Room for improvement on customer service."

"On arriving early at the hotel for an overdue birthday celebration with my Mum, we were greeted by really friendly reception staff.
