Granted I was extremely tired and a bit grumpy having walked around London all day but I found the receptionist asking too many questions re "signing up" for something and asking if I wanted to book for breakfast at £32 a head ! Definitely staying there again for any event at the O2 though."

Staff are professional and courteous and the rooms immaculate plus views to die for. Probably the best breakfast spread too. Am looking forward to my next visit in a couple of months time."
