"we stayed here for one day arriving early 8am and was pleasantly accommodated to be given a room by 9am. Excellent service! we got to shower and rest before heading out on an afternoon tour of the city arranged by the hotel. Could not have been more pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the room and bed. If we were to return to Lima this will be top off mind to stay. Nice quiet and clean and safe surroundings. A better choice than staying at the airport hotel for sure!! took uber to hotel and back to airport.. easy."

"i asked for a back room which was a quieter part of the hotel. early morning construction work begins 7am. FYI. Overall a very nice and pleasant place to stay. one of the nicest breakfast we had in the many days in peru. they store your bags if you have trips to machu picchu, which we did avail, and when we returned the following day to recheck into the hotel, we had our bags brough out of storage. fantastic. and lobby staff are all hands down helpful and pleasant. Applause and a pat on the back for such hospitality!"

"We arrived after 10 pm and the place was packed - crazy lines. But it moved quickly and everyone was friendly. We were offered a complimentary drink from the bar. Our room was perfect. We had a flight out super early so ate the complimentary breakfast and checked out and then received word our flight was cancelled. They allowed us back in our room to wait the several hours. "

"Shuttle very easy and very convenient. Only a few minutes wait at airport and under five minutes to hotel. Check in efficient. Provided early access to room. Concierge very helpful with Uber to city centre Restaurant expensive but reasonable quality. Very clean hotel "

"I like there were a couple of restaurants on site, there was a rooftop bar with tapas and music. The staff was very nice and helpful. Andre was my favorite staff. Very accommodating and got me reservations for dinner easily."
