"I absolutely loved the Novotel Cusco! The staff was super friendly, and very helpful. The Novotel is located in the perfect location, quick ride to and from the airport, and a short walk to the main square in Cusco, tons of shopping & dining. Rooms were spacious, quiet, very clean, with extras like a mini bar for purchase. The lobby has a wonderful ambiance with tons of natural light, and the included breakfast was amazing. Most importantly, I felt safe here traveling as a solo female. "

"The staff was very friendly and responsive quickly to our needs. We had a room on 15th floor with a beautiful view we felt right at home a room with three comfy beds, very clean, great water pressure, toiletries included hair dryer, Anything I asked they were very quick to respond and provide, plentiful yummy food for breakfast. I can say was one of the best stay and safe place 4blocks away from a Mall anything you need. Uber safe. My daughter had some kind of stomach bug a medic was sent to us directly and staff kept asking of her well being, much apprecited, will definately return to this place. Thank you"

"The hotel is located next to the airport which was practical since our flight was at 6:30am. The free shuttle runs to the airport every 15 minutes. It was well organized. We didn't have time to have breakfast so I don't know how good it was. Room was clean and a good size but the bathroom was tiny and we had to take turn to get ready (not great when you have to leave the room at 4:15am). My husband is an IHG member and our "benefit" as a member was an extra bottle of water (3 instead of 2, every single hotel we stayed in in Peru gave us 4 a day for free) and an extra towel. I paid for 3 people so I don't think that a third towel should be a benefit. So cheap..."
