"The resort itself is amazing. The property is very beautiful, manicured lawns and gardens and the restaurant, bar and rooms are well appointed and very clean. The food and drinks are on the expensive side but very good and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff at the restaurants and pool/bar were beyond friendly and amazing. Loved them! The gentleman at check-in though did not provide much of a warm welcome. We had just driven from Lima and had an encounter with corrupt cops on the way...

"Unfortunately very few staff speak English especially at front desk. There was no direction as to how to get your room cleaned. Housekeeping does not have a key therefore our room was not cleaned. We had to ask for water in the room which is a must as you do not drink from the tap. The pool was long but the birds like to swim in it so I do t trust the cleanliness. "We loved the view! The staff was alright, mostly nice, we like that they had some boardgames and books available, spacious and clean room, nicely decorated, but since one of Pisco's main road travelsnjust outside the property it was very noisy, difficult to sleep or to appreciate the beach and nature, in the pictures that road doean't show (good publicity/marketing) but it waa kind of annoying that for that price I couldn't rest well"

"You get what you pay for here. It’s inexpensive. If you go in with low expectations, you will be satisfied. If you are expecting something grand, this is not the place. "This hotel was amazing!! We were there during low season (late June) and practically had the place to ourselves. The rooms are all individual units (imagine clean, fancy shipping containers with nice vinyl flooring, bathrooms and windows) complete with patios, picnic tables and grills outside. There are three pools (one just for kids), a ton of hammocks, bikes, surf/paddle boards, a small restaurant/bar, and it’s right next to a windsurfing shop with lessons and morning/evening yoga classes....

"The resort itself is amazing. The property is very beautiful, manicured lawns and gardens and the restaurant, bar and rooms are well appointed and very clean. The food and drinks are on the expensive side but very good and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff at the restaurants and pool/bar were beyond friendly and amazing. Loved them! The gentleman at check-in though did not provide much of a warm welcome. We had just driven from Lima and had an encounter with corrupt cops on the way there, so arrived to the resort a bit shaken up, and the person checking us in went straight into fees and costs without even asking asking us how we were doing, how were our travels etc.. not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Otherwise everything was great."
