"Boutique hotel near a streetcar stop. Clean room with full kitchen and den area. Extremely comfortable bed. The decor is funky but fun. Due to Portland being in the news so much, I googled “safe place to stay in Portland” and I felt safe here although they did warn us not to leave anything visible in our car. "

Is not that is dated, but you can see the wear and tear throughout the hotel. The furniture in the lobby looked worn out and the room was dirty with finger prints and liquid splashes.
