We used only the adult pool which was clean, soothing temperature, spacious. and the cabanas were a wonderful addition. The grounds surrounding all pools were extremely well kept- no trash to be found anywhere. The staff at the pools were extremely friendly and were always in turned to our needs. "Loved everything about our stay at this hotel, the room was perfect and spacious, the breakfast buffet was delicious as well as the food at a restaurant/bar they have at the roof top that gives an amazing view to the city. There is a casino right next to the hotel. parking is really easy access. The staff is super fast,efficient and extremely welcoming. Not to mention is really family friendly. Room service is 10/10. Definitely staying here the next time I come "

"Room could use some renovation as well as the jacuzzi and the yard could get some cleaning from falling branches . Properly itself is gorgeous but far from their other properties. The good thing is the other properties is accessible ."

The staff here is very very friendly and I just felt like I had the whole hotel to myself because there’s not so many room in the hotel so it’s like the hotel was all mine for the entire week.
