"What we did not like was the cab drivers blocking the road in or out on mat 1st. Almost making us late for our flight . "

"The entire staff at this property were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Check-in process was a bit slow, but the staff was helpful throughout. The lobby bar seemed to be a bit understaffed for the amount of guests at the hotel, but no real qualms there since there are plenty of bars around the property. I wish they had bottled water in the rooms, but you can request them via room service. The food and drinks were great, but it could be tricky to get reservations, so book in advance! They had several pools, including one for the kiddos, with fun activities for people of all ages throughout the day and night. Overall great experience and would come back again with my family!"

"Everyone that works there is great at their jobs and super friendly. The hotel and its grounds are spotless. The food at all the restaurants and the buffets are way beyond expectations. "

"The room was lovely and clean, and we had a beautiful view of the garden and the ocean. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and generous. We only faced one issue where we called room service and requested 4 bathrobes and slippers, and we never received them. One of the days, the water stopped working in the bathroom but they were extremely quick to resolve the issue. Overall it was a wonderful stay, we definitely recommend this resort to everybody."

"The suite we had was beautiful and quiet, couldn’t hear our neighbours at all. Always lots of lounge chairs available no matter what time of day you looked for one. Food was great. Service staff and entertainment staff were awesome. We would come back to the riu without hesitation. "
