"The staff was friendly and understanding. The property was welcoming of families. Our family of 5 was well accommodated in what was a spacious unit of rooms (bedroom bathroom kitchen dining area lounge area / second bedroom with the pull-out sofa bed). The breakfast had a wide selection of standard fare. The amenities in our room were superb (iron, kettle, large fridge, oven, stovetop, pots/pans, dinnerware, cutlery, dish drying rack, computer). "Decent value-price relationship for the location. Some feedback: - you should have floors dedicated to business travelers. I had a sleepless night thanks to a group of party-goers banging doors and yelling along the hallways. - what is the problem with elevators? some times some days it would take up to 6 minutes to go from floor 36 to the Lobby. Same thing waiting to go up. - rooms need some upkeep: vanity in the bathroom needs replacement, mirror with rusty frame, tiles in kitchen...
