The hotel didn’t honour our Expedia rate which is very concerning, they attempted to blame this on one of their front desk colleagues; and our room wasn't cleaned by Housekeeping for the entirety of our four day stay.

Hotel was very close to Niagara Falls!!! Convenient walking distance to everywhere. Room was very clean and spacious. Staffing was very friendly, the free breakfast was nice. My family and I enjoyed staying at this location

we phone them and ask for conditioner.they told us they will bring it up but it takes two hours to call them again and finally refill the conditioner in the shower room. there is no complimentary water in the room

Something was up with the elevators all weekend unfortunately. No option to log into your streaming accounts like other hotels also. Room was clean and spacious. Parking on sight is very expensive as well.

Nice stay and nice rooms...but parking will cost you an arm and a leg. 70 per day on site is asking a lot too much...and should be taken into consideration when booking and looking at rates.
