Clean and tidy with helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant was pub fayre of a good standard and met my needs. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Room was fine but, perhaps, starting to look a little worn around the edges. All in all I was happy with my stay.

The staff were excellent - very friendly and caring. The room was a little small but was OK for a 2 day stay. Very convenient access for Croydon centre.

Complimentary breakfast despite slightly late arrival staff went out of their way to ensure that we had one .Thank you ! Didn't expect extra pending amount on card for incidentals but clearly explained at check in and thankfully not used. Great hotel.

Place was easily found. Once there staff was ok. We had a ok stay my only problem was we weren't told about the £30 holding fee till we got there and nook in. Then i was told it would refund back to my account once we book out. Which never happened i call 4 days after and was told it would take longer because we book out on the weekend. Away from that it was a ok stay

Really lovely staff and great service overall. Unfortunately one of the front desk staff had terrible body odour which was off putting when sitting in the bar. But the bar was nice and the food really good. Room was great overall but I did notice that the hand soap and body lotion dispensers would leak onto the surface next to the sink and weren’t cleaned at all during my 3 night stay. I also think that a Hilton brand hotel in Croydon should have umbrellas to loan their guests! But overall it was good value and very convenient for my needs

hotel booked by my dad for me and my son due to him playing football at 10am saturday so not to travel over 125 miles we got the hotel the staff were very welcoming and very helpful our room was clean and nice and warm breckfast was first class warm and hot and plenty off it thank you for a nice stay

Croydon Hampton by Hilton
Friendly welcome and excellent staff throughout. Good for one night. Bed could have been more comfortable and hotel generally too hot. Very convenient for East Croydon station.

The hotel is literally 2 mins walk from East Croydon Station and 15 mins by train to city centre. Staff extremely friendly and breakfasts is amazing fresh and tasty. I had an amazing experience.

Checked in on this hotel late night after our long flight from Texas. Next day, we found dried blood spots on the lower part of sheet under the duvet!!! It was disgusting and on our inspection, the sheets were not changed from the previous guests as there were blond hairs in there. FYI, we are asians with dark brown hair. Phone and safe were not working! BEWARE!

The overall stay was ok, I particularly enjoyed the food served at breakfast, many choices to choose from and Manoj, one of the workers there was very helpful, cheerful and sociable to the guests which made the atmosphere enjoyable.
