"It was a perfect no-frills stay in a fantastic location in downtown Chicago. The room was big. There aren’t typical amenities like an ice bucket or even plastic cups for the bathroom, but they did provide two regular bottles of water, so I guess that sufficed. I was able to get a cutlery set from the restaurant when I needed it for my room, so that was good. Check in person, Beverly, was very nice and was so wonderful at giving me an orientation to Chicago. Bed was comfortable. I was here on...

"Nice accommodations…I am a “gold status” on hotels.com and it said I get free upgrade if available and 2 free drinks per night. The front desk guy looked at me as though I was crazy! Said they do not have anything like that. I mentioned Hotels.com and he basically laughed. I was a bit disappointed "

"I miss the days of room service when you call for an item and they bring to your room. While the staff was friendly and courteous I'm paying more for the room and receiving fewer services doesn't make sense. Plus one of two elevators was working so frequently waiting or having to take stairs."

"This used to be a cool place. Its gotten kinda seedy. I unknowingly paid an extra 49$ fee over expedias fee. For that i got 3 bottles of water in a wasteful bag. Theres no lobby restauraunt or breakfast bar . It was ok not scary but the price was good even with the fee toral 100 off season . well located fir hospital and shopping. Safe neighborhood . "
