"Great historical hotel which is undergoing massive updates at the time we visited. Whole wings were being done. Our room smelled of fresh paint. Large gaps under doors made privacy and noise an issue between guests. However, the panoramic view of the lakefront from the 10th was breathtaking and location was very convenient to lots of sites. Nice staff and everything was clean and pleasant. "

"Very nice. Very good staff. My room like past stays was clean vey good bed & well furnished. The lobby staff were very professional as well as housekeeping. I really like the rooftop lounge. The neighborhood is clean quiet safe & close to several nice restaurants and lounges. My only suggestion, Offer a coffee/tea bar in the mornings with easy lobby area access. The room coffee is below average and includes powered creamers. Several people in the am were looking for...

"Elevators, pack light and no strollers the elevator is too tiny for even 4 people. Refreshment, The only coffee available was a pot in the lobby, none in the room. Something as simple as a hot cup of coffee in the morning can change the day. GREAT location!"
