"The first thing when I walked into the room was the smell, the moldy smell with the very dirty carpet made me feel anxious and I was scared that the bed was going to be just as bad. The wall had a loose flap hanging and the shower was definitely not clean. I couldn't sleep because of the constant noise and people talking. I will think twice before I book a room again."

"The Shuttle service to and from the airport is awesome the rooms are spacious and great lighting for working and just how room lights should be. The staff are friendly and very helpful generally able to assist with even the most random request. In my opinion the only place to stay in Christchurch"

"The staff welcomed me warmly upon arrival, and I was shown to my room. As it was cold, they switched on the heat pump as I was unpacking from my car to warm up the room. My room was spacious, and had a massive TV in it - probably a 65". The bed was large and very comfortable. Car parking can be limiting, however I managed to secure a spot. Was impressed, and I'd stay there again."
