"The staff, especially the front desk is amazing. The property location is awesome. Feels safe, close to major tourist spots and subways. The rooms are on the smaller side but then this is New York City. There are reusable water bottles available on every floor and dining options all around. The parking garage is a 5 min walk and the rates are subsidized for hotel guests. Overall a great place to stay. "

"This would be a good place to stay for solo business travelers or families who just need a place to sleep near Grand Central Station etc but don’t need anything super fancy. Clean, comfortable and spacious for nyc with lots of cubby holes and shelves but a little dated. It’s actually the Club Quarters so it’s kind of a catfish but I wasn’t mad because it was cheap. Front desk was helpful and friendly. I liked the nespresso machine in the room and the water machine."

"Have stayed in NYC a bunch of times and this has to be my favourite property. Great services (unlimited coffee and filtered water), prompt cleanliness, good views and most importantly a great room size for the price (esp. for NYC)"
