We stayed at the hotel as it is well located for Legoland however the room was extremely hot even though the heating was off and opening windows then meant you heard the planes overhead. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable - very hard. I would actually say it's the worst bed I have slept in at a hotel and not what I needed the night before going to legoland. The room was clean, we missed having a minibar but there are communal fridges in areas of the hotel. Our room was 436 and felt very far away from the main reception and breakfast restaurant.

Great hotel
This is a big hotel so you could find yourself walking along way to your room. The room was clean. Nice firm bed and good water pressure in the shower. The hotel restaurant was very good with excellent staff and service. The food was very good. The hotel has a gym and pool which I used. Both were in good condition and clean. Overall a very good hotel I would stay here again.

Lovely stay despite lacking restaurant facilities
Hotel was nice albeit very spread out and clearly more conference oriented. Room comfortable, clean and nice but very compact! The location is remote so it was a shock when checking in after a long day that reception said the restaurant was full for the night and they have no room service (or bar menu which is on Google). I decided to chance it and went to the restaurant later and they had a table, but it was clear most of the space was taken by corporate groups. Would be great to also consider those on personal trips, especially given the remote location of the hotel.

Its a beautiful hotel with several court yards 2 dining area's and one pub. Everyone is very accommodating and pleasant The only draw back is you have to drive any where you need to be. Ubers were easily available so getting around was not an issue. If you want a quiet retreat in the English country side this place is perfect.

Great overnight stay following a long transatlantic flight, reception staff were extremely polite, friendly and professional. The young man who welcomed us was an excellent representative of the hotel. Our room was spacious with high ceilings, facilities in the room were extremely good and very clean. The hotel grounds were excellent for a walk prior to a very good buffet style breakfast. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Lovely stay
A Lovely hotel in a good location. Windsor within 15 minute drive. We loved the bar area and the outside 'school yard' very pretty and an ideal spot for evening drinks. The rooms were a little on the small size but had everything we needed. Cleaned well, however, ours smelt a little damp and a slight smell of cigarettes? Overall a lovely weekend and I would return.

Hotel is very large, they give you a map to find room, as you wander round trying to find room, you keep passing same people also with maps. Interior was lovely, room was good. Food was terrible! We went to brassiere not realising it was a buffet, the food was cold and although only 3 people in to eat and it was well staffed restaurant they will not serve drinks, you have to keep going to bar. As there was little choice of drinks we then went to main bar after meal , it took 51 mins to get two drinks! When I asked were our drinks were we were told average wait to 30 mins. It turned out someone else had been given our drinks, twice! We tried to complain to manager but we were left waiting and gave up!! Will never stay there again even though we have work close by.

The standard room is very small, feels claustrophobic and extremely dark. I did not enjoy anything in my stay. This does not feels anything like a 4 stars hotel.

The place was beautiful and clean but as a single guest I expected there to be room to eat at the restaurant. It was fully booked. There was an option of a Mexican buffet for 25 pounds but it didn’t look appealing. The reception staff suggested I do Uber eats!

Our stay was average. I wouldn't call this a 4 star hotel. The dining options were limited. We had to go out all the way to another village for dinner. For breakfast also, the tables were not being cleaned quickly enough for the number of guests present. Property itself is good and big. But everything else felt very average.

Overnight stay
Ours was an overnight stay. There was a wedding reception and lots of guests. This made parking an issue but also our room was above the venue and the disco didn’t finish until midnight so I had trouble sleeping. In general the hotel was lovely, staff were helpful and everything was very clean
