"Our room was charming and immaculately clean. The AC worked well and the soundproofing was exceptional. We could not hear the street noise at all. My only "complaint" is the lack of down or feather pillows. The hotel only has friber-filled and memory foam pillows (king sized). Maybe these are the most common in Europe, but for the price point the hotel should offer feather pillows upon request. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and was well-stocked with hot and cold options. ...
"Nice hotel but a fair bit out of the way for anything
The pool and roof terrace are closed till June
Check taxi fares to where you need to go as there is a very limited bus/metro service and the taxis vary massively on time of day "
"Wonderful hotel in the heart of central Madrid, with a great staff in all the services, very safe and convenient for visit historic places, shopping and dining…."
"Lovely Riad about 10 minutes walk to Medina and all attractions. The manager went above and beyond to makes us feel welcome and home. Breakfast was great over all a great stay "
"A boutique hotel.
If you like bigger room, do not book the standard room as it is pretty small, only about 120 sf.
Rooms are clean but space is very tight. Two people in a room is a crowd.
Tiny sink and no place to put toiletries.
Shower water pressure was very good and maid service was punctual.free water only as you arrive , otherwise need to purchase.small tv , no English speaking channels! Safe was inoperative.good for a short stay or for single person not requiring lots of space. Bed was...
"Perfect Location! Hotel is great with good vibe and it’s full of cool people. Room was great, small as expected, but perfect to stay in the heart of Madrid. I’d definiitively stay here again. "
"We had a really lovely stay, room was beautiful. Shower had hot water and a good pressure. Bed was comfy and all was clean and tidy. Staff helpful and polite, will definitely stay again. "
"Nice bedroom, spacious, clean, quiet.
Good option if you go driving, as public transport can be a bit difficult in the evening. It`s easy to go to town, but on the way back it was difficult to get off at the right bus stop, also another 15 min walk, depending on the time of the evening might not be ideal."
"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is not central, but it was perfect for our short trip to Madrid, with easy access to the airport. The room itself featured a comfortable bed and a spacious balcony. The reception staff was incredibly helpful, however, one staff member at breakfast seemed unfriendly and unenthusiastic. Despite this, the breakfast buffet itself offered a good variety."

"Great VIP experience. Lovely staff. The only thing I would say is that I had an allergic reaction to the scents in the room. The water didn't get as hot as I would like and the A/C didn't get as cold as I would like either. Over all very nice though. If you have allergies to scents I would let them know before arrival. "
