"The waiting at the front desk was fabulous! She was helpful and courteous and even walk me to my room to help me open the door. Being disabled I sometimes have issues when I stay at hotels. However my room was very accommodating with plenty of space. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels plastic cups and things of that nature. "The pool and spa were not available for use. I do not remember seeing anything about this on the website when booked. I booked this hotel because I like to swim at night and in the morning when I come to Phoenix. The staff advised the pool had been down for two weeks already and would be another two weeks all for maintenance. "
