"The pool and spa were not available for use. I do not remember seeing anything about this on the website when booked. I booked this hotel because I like to swim at night and in the morning when I come to Phoenix. The staff advised the pool had been down for two weeks already and would be another two weeks all for maintenance. "

"I liked that the place was sort of hidden. I really liked the grills they had, I wish the other one was functionable. The room was big and roomy even though it had two beds. I wish it had a table and chairs rather than a desk. But I really loved all the people that worked there, they were absolutely great and so nice and friendly. Very professional as well all of them. All of them greeted you and made my day. Thank you all the staff you were awesome. "

"Very nice place to stay! BEAUTIFUL view of pond. The outside covered patio by pool is amazing!!! Staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the free breakfast each morning and really loved the 2 room suite!!! I would definitely stay at this location. Next time I’m in town! Please THANK THE STAFF for all their wonderful help.
