"Check in was super easy. We arrived earlier than expected but were able to access our room. Location is excellent and an added bonus of secure parking. One little thing we only had 1 pillow each and would have preferred 2, but apart from that great stay. Didn't have breakfast."

"We stayed here as we wanted a night away and judging from the reviews decided to give it a try. On checking in to our room the radiator was on and the room was very hot. However we went to the restaurant for food and spoke to LYNO the manager there. He checked the radiator and unfortunately it was faulty. "We had a lovely stay , we did have a problem with our room the first night , due to a loud humming noise , that kept us awake most off the night , but when we told staff in following morning they apologized and moved us and upgraded us to Premier room , we slept really well after then , the food was very good and the staff very helpful and kind "

"It was a very friendly place to stay and nothing was to much for them. We arrived at 5pm after 3 and half hours journey and was hungry, they didnt serve food till 6pm but went out of there way to provide us with something to eat. I will definitely be returning. "

"Lovely old mansion property in a good position overlooking the valley near Bradford on Avon. Good sizeable room and king bed, but slightly disappointed with the bed, a little hard; I was turning many times in the night due to being uncomfortable; needs a mattress topper and the pillows were quite hard too.
