"Hotel and room was clean. Small but efficient. Bed was hard. One dryer was broken and the other one was cranky and required maintenance to get it going. One vending machine was broken. Hotel is well located for walking to space needle, monorail, Chihuly and other nearby attractions. Several decent restaurants within walking distance. "

"This was a very nice stay. The staff were so nice and helpful. They took the time to familiarize us with the area and its attractions. Our room was very nice, clean and well kept. It is so close to all the major tourist areas in Seattle. We liked the game room activities. Overall, a great start to our vacation!"

"Very friendly and generally nice feel. The "amenity charge" feels awkward and quite expensive: in practice this got me a nice water bottle and some free spring water and cost me $70 tax. I didn't find the coffee in the room great (also included in this charge), and I think it's normal for internet etc. to be included in a room rate. I imagine this is worse still for groups/families travelling as it seems to be per person per night. It would feel more friendly to make this optional or include it...
