Fácial acesso para o Bayside e para Brickell. Quarto confortável e limpo. Café da manhã simples mais satisfatório como já se esperado pelo padrão de hospedagem. Recomendo para uma estadia curta, para mais dias o hotel carece de serviços."

"While the building looks as though it has been maintained quite well, I noticed that several of the furniture pieces in our room have seen some extreme wear and tear. The lovely houndstooth wing back chair could definitely use some new upholstery, it was quite dirty. Now while I will admit that I am extremely picky, I don’t think the wear was acceptable for most anyone. The side tables at the doorway were also quite used. The parking accommodations were not to my liking and likely a deterrent...

"Nice place with nice front desk staff and bartender. Someone left their dogs in their room and the dogs were barking like crazy, but the front staff handled it very well, called the owners and there was no more barking. Bathroom was big (I had a two queen bed room) and the balcony was nice. Lots of city sounds and construction to watch. Walked the area, took the bus to south beach. Great location "

"It was a good location for the Miami Marathon, but the couch was so dirty. Otherwise decent place but a bit pricy for what you get. Not easy Beach access but ok good bus lines. Great food trucks! Needs a good clean. "

"The owner had me send photo of identification as well as credit card to avoid delays at check in. At the front desk around 3:30, they had no knowledge of my stay and could not get in contact with the owner/property manager to confirm. This was truly a surprise as they had asked what time that I would arrive and took identification documents prior to arrival to avoid delays. I was finally able to get in my room around 5:45 pm.
