The manager and house cleaning manager tried to charge us 500$ US for a coffee stain on the mattress. They said it was blood. They were rude and said we had to pay or leave the hotel, so we left. We had to find another hotel. I mean if your mattress is worth 500$US_683$CAN, don’t you think you’d use a better mattress cover than a cheap one? Plus the room was so small, my partner and I were constantly bumping into each other.
