"Hotel was in a nice area that was convenient to the metro. The rooms were clean and while there’s not a ton of space, which we’ve found is common with European hotel rooms, we found it quite enough space for our needs. The price was excellent considering the area and the staff was very polite and welcoming. 5 stars! "

"This was our 6th stay at the Lancaster Hall Hotel. We really enjoy staying here for many reasons. The hotel is conveniently located. A 10 minute walk to Paddington Station and just a few minutes from the Lancaster Gate tube station. The hotel is on the older side. However, it is clean and well maintained. The staff are great. "The location was excellent. Easy two block walk to the Bayswater tube station on the circle line. Easy to hail a cab. Many great restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. The rooms were very clean though the beds were very hard. I asked about changing rooms to get a different bed and was given a mattress topper, which helped slightly. Breakfast was great. It's optional but worh it. "

"Overall, you get what you pay for. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming from when we first checked-in and up to when we checked-out. Check-in is at 2pm but if you arrive early they let you keep your luggages in and you can roam the area until it’s time to check-in. My friend and I ended up staying for a full week. If you know you’re not gonna be in bed the whole day, and just need a place to rest/sleep, this is the place for you. Small room - but, beds are comfy after a long day....
