Great location but the room needs some renovation projects to keep it “attractive”

Enjoyed very much. Attentive and friendly staff. Excellent location and rooms. I’ve stayed here many times in the past when it was a Swissôtel and it’s just as good now under its new ownership.

Excellent service and room condition, except our room didn’t have a good city view and The check-in area and process is different. They earned the 5 star rating for location, room quality, and cleaning service. The cleaning staffs went above and beyond to keep my room clean and pretty.

Great and accommodating staff, always on the look out. Amazing breakfast, perhaps one of the best ever. Pool and gardensalways come in handy when traveling with family. Public transpor at walking diatance, just as many shops and eating options.
