Staff is attentive and helpful. Hotel is perfectly located for easy access to many points of interest . Breakfast offers a variety of options. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The rooms were beautiful and well kept. The staff was very friendly. The views of the ocean were incredible. The evening dining experience was a bit crowded and the food was much more Asian style with not a lot of options, but otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Whilst slightly away from the centre of town, it is a great facility, the staff are really helpful and it is close to two MRT stations and the bus. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel with great pool area. Worth noting that we were required to upgrade our reservation in order to receive an early check in, which we were fine with. Also, some confusion as to whether the pool could be used post check out (we were told both yes and no). Other than that, the rooms were really comfortable and very quiet, the pool area was great and the breakfast had a huge selection. A great place for a short Singapore stopover.

Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially Mark who showed us around the hotel at check in. Lovely welcome drink offered at check in also. Gym looked great but only had one night stay and didn’t use it, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. Rooms were clean and bed was huge and super comfortable. Day spa looked nice but didn’t use. The food was a bit average at the restaurant down stairs and think they could add a few cocktails to the drinks list to have round the pool. Other than that enjoyable stay.

Hotel is in a great location and the staff were amazing. They were very kind and helpful. However, the hotel has some issues. We were traveling with our toddler so wanted to spend slot of our time around the pool but the pool is not heated or temp controlled, so is freezing cold all the time and because of its orientation, the entire area never gets any sun. Also the breakfast is fairly average for the cost. Overall it’s an ok place to stay if you’re out doing day trips all the time but if you’re going to spend a lot of your time in the hotel, it’s fairly expensive for what you get, and it’s level of advertised luxury is not worth the price you pay. But have to say again, the staff were amazing. Very happy to help and super friendly.

Fantastic view across Marina Bay

The hotel was okay although it’s starting to feel a bit tired in places and in need of a refresh. Staff were friendly with the exception of the front office staff who when we checked in seemed to be more interested in other matters. Breakfast has a wide ranging choice but it’s just too busy and chaotic.
