Great property and the staff is amazing. Treats you like royalty. Breakfast is amazing a wide variety of choices: everything is available at the buffet. However dinner needs improvement. You need a reservation otherwise you will not be admitted if its a busy night. No buffet dinner. The beach restaurant (Lola Beach) is hit or miss I didn't like the food especially the Argentina barbecue. The other two restaurant Tempest and Capri is just OK for me. The night Capri was closed guest waited for up to one hour to be admitted others were turned back. That's awful for an all inclusive. You know the number of guest checked in and food not available for all shows improper planning or worse a total disregard to your guests dietary or gastronomical desires. No dinner buffet is offered. The club lounge offer a variety of snacks/ appetizers with various choices of drinks. So there is that. Outside dinner options on a fly is not convenient since the hotel is set back about a mile from the main gate which is located on a highway/ freeway. No food establishments close by. The spa and staff, especially my maseuse, was awesome, I would definitely go again. After my massage my back felt amazing. The rooms were clean and well maintained with a fully stocked minibar/snacks. The entertainment at night was ok a bit short and early. The Chiello player on Monday night was so talented and the music was very relaxing. The beach was plagued by sea weed making the water dirty but usable.

Fio made my husband’s and my experience truly unforgettable. Since it was our first time staying at a resort and visiting Cancun, she was so helpful and made everything easy and stress-free. She even helped us book a private dinner and answered every question we had along the way. She made the entire process seamless from start to finish. We will definitely be returning!

This resort exceeded all my expectations during my 50th birthday celebration last week of June. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty and upgraded to a butler service. Our butler, Enrique, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed within minutes. We also had the incredible experience of taking personal cooking classes with chef Octavio. It was a fantastic way to learn new culinary skills and enjoy delicious meals. We also had the opportunity to paint canvases overlooking the beautiful beach, which was a relaxing and enjoyable activity. The resort offers a wide range of dining options, including amazing breakfasts, lunches, and dinners at various restaurants. We also had the chance to enjoy a tequila tasting, which was a fun and interactive experience. The resort also features a beautiful spa called Thalasso, where we had relaxing massages. We also had the chance to see some of the resort’s wildlife, including Sophia the parrot, Cosmo the peacock, and many iguanas. Overall, this resort is an amazing place for anyone looking for a secluded and relaxing getaway. It’s the perfect destination for a special occasion or a romantic getaway. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s considering a trip here.
