Timeshare heavy and if you aren’t an owner, they will do anything to get you to attend a presentation. Resort’s staff was extremely helpful, friendly and willing to go above and beyond. They even came to decorate our room for our daughter’s birthday, they made her a beautiful balloon arch, brought her a yummy slice of cake and for us a bottle of champagne. Buffet was not bad, but not great. The other two on site restaurants were good. The pools were clean and the perfect temperature. The grounds were tropical, clean and well maintained. The beach unfortunately does not look like the pictures due to erosion, but still beautiful and well maintained. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful resort we had a blast we ended up staying at Ventus we loved it the beach is not the best but so many pools and the food was great

Beautiful, tranquil, top notch service! Food, entertainment, drinks were great! There's a reason why the majority of folks we talked to admitted to being more than just first timers. Would definitely come back again.

Really enjoyed staying 15nights at the fives, the 16 resteraunts were all good, evening entertainment was a bit disappointing, it even ended early one night because of rain, buy other than that we haf a fantastic time at the fives

The hotel is beautiful and the service is exceptional. The whole staff made a huge effort during my stay to make sure enjoyed my stay and had every I needed.

The property itself was undergoing some construction but my husband I were able to look past this due to how lovely the entire staff was. Always going above and beyond trying to assist us and make our trip a memorable one. The food was great at every restaurant and the beach was also very well kept.
