We have being in several AI hotels in Cancun and the Caribbean and this one without a question is at the top of our list. The staff is awesome, we can´t name one person who wasn´t nice to us. Kudos to the entertainment team, they will keep you busy the whole day with a bunch of activities. And the girls at the kids club, they are amazing, it shows they just love working with kids. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The beach was very nice. The buffet and the "a la carte" restaurant also good but ask for suggestions since some are better tan others. We are already planning on going back this summer!!

If you like 24 hour music and lots of partying this is the place for you. Resort is very big with a great beach. There are no quiet pools , chairs and shade are very hard to find at all pools and beach areas. Food is fine however they ran out of many food items throughout the day. The rooms are large and well equipped and maintained.

I usually stay at Riu Palace Macau, but it was sold out. I chose this Riu Palace Punta Cana and was pleased overall with everything. The bed was a bit hard compared to most and I wish they had tubs in addition to the shower. The water pressure from the rainfall shower head was a bit low, but sufficient. They upgraded me to a better room location which was very nice considering it was a late reservation and only the basic rooms were available when I booked. I stick to Riu Palace locations all over the world as they seem to be consistently good, fun and great staff. My top favorites are: Riu Palace Kukulkan (Cancun) Riu Palace Baja California (Cabo San Lucas) Riu Palace Macau (Punta Cana) These seem to have exceptional properties a step above all the others.

Amazing resort, good drinks, good food, staff was amazing, treated my family and I with a lot of respect. And provided us with whatever was needed. Amazing beach, the only thing that wasn’t to our liking was the pool tiles were falling off. Other than that everything else was great and amazing especially the beach. Had a great time on this resort.

The staff were amazing, from the housekeeping team to the friendly staff everywhere you went. However in particular.. Samuel from the poolside bar was the best. I was thinking on my way there that the swim up bar would be my favourite… it wasn’t. Samuel made the trip every day with his electric attitude, his amazing personality and the way he interacted with my daughters making them special drinks and making them feel special. (They’re 8 and 11) thank you Samuel. See yoooouu brother

I can not say enough about Zoetry. The staff was genuinely friendly, food was excellent, the room was beyond our expectations, the pool and beach were very clean. The staff went out of their way to help. We are already planning on going back next year.

Beautiful clean property! Staff was kind and attentive! The beach was clean and the water was very blue! I highly recommend!

Exceptional service, staff were very attentive and helpful in any way possible. Beautiful and tranquil spot. Room was beautifully decorated and view from the balcony was truly amazing especially dining sunrise.
