Gulf Resort Beach Waterpark Holidays

The staff were all professional, courteous, accommodating and friendly. The hotel was lovely and the proximity to the beach was only a f minute walk. The Primrose restaurant was nice, and the food was good. Their single glass of wine selection was limited when it comes to reasonablly price. More economical options would be nice. As lovely and nice the hotel was, the resort fees on top of the extremely high priced spa packages and additional room service fees will certainly deter us from staying there again.

I loved the fact that check in was a breeze and the staff was super friendly. Parking was a little confusing, but we found our way. It was so worth getting lost because when we got to our room, it was amazing, clean, and the room temp was just like I wanted it to be. not to mention the bar and grill on site was amazing and I wished I would have gotten our servers name because she made the night. I am definitely going back in a month or so. Thanks for everything.

The resort was at great location.Our rooms had beach view so we had a great sunsets views of the beach.The beach is exceptionally clean. The resort has great walking paths.The resort is exceptional clean but unfortunately it’s very unstaffed for example our check in was at 4 pm but we got our rooms at 6 pm . They gave us meal vouchers for the delay. Because of understaffing if go to the restaurant in resort it will take 30 to 60 just to get water. The waiter will come after 45 minutes to take your order. The staff is overworked and you can see it in their body language.All this falls on management . Hope they improve this problem.
