Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Royal Lahaina Resort, but there were a few disappointments. Our Expedia VIP status wasn’t acknowledged, so we didn’t receive the room upgrade perk we were hoping for, that was a bit of a bummer.
That said, we loved the perks we did receive through Expedia! We got $75 in spending credit, which we enjoyed every day at the hotel’s ice cream shop and during our morning coffee runs. Our stay also included the daily hotel breakfast buffet and two tickets to the Myths of Maui Luau, which made our trip even more memorable.
Thank you, Expedia, for making our stay special despite a few minor hiccups!
