Clean and safe environment

I was not satisfied with the meals because they were not available all day when one was hungry. The room's TV had issues the entire trip. Even though we were compensated in another way, I was not happy with that. Karisma was the company that wanted us to join and kept insisting, and the representative was annoyed that we wouldn't join.

Very nice , clean, staff was great and tended to our needs. Pool was clean, room was clean. The only problem I had was the bed was not comfortable at all, very hard made our backs hurt daily they should add memory foam or something

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue positiva. El ambiente es muy familiar y tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse. La gastronomía , con opciones variadas y de buena calidad. Si bien encontramos algunos detalles que podrían mejorarse en el servicio/mantenimiento, en general es un lugar recomendable para quienes buscan descanso y buena comida en un entorno agradable.

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue positiva. El ambiente es muy familiar y tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse. La gastronomía , con opciones variadas y de buena calidad. Si bien encontramos algunos detalles que podrían mejorarse en el servicio/mantenimiento, en general es un lugar recomendable para quienes buscan descanso y buena comida en un entorno agradable.
