There is no flexibility with kids when it comes to food, the staff tricks you into getting a tour of the “property” which didn’t happen just for you to buy a travel package And if you don’t, they get mad… You can’t really get into the restaurants there is a waiting list of 1hr or more… so if you have kids go to a different hotel, this is not for kids. There’s no flexibility at all. Room service is nasty and the food is always the same thing. They don’t really change it. They say they have Italian, and this and that but they don’t, always the same!

The staff especially ashly and the bar staff by the pool.all professional and great hospitality all around.

The air conditioning seemed to be timed and on a sensor. When the door was opened or we left the room it shut off making it uncomfortable to come back to. Also the elevators did not work and we were put on the 3rd floor and I am handicapped. So it did make it a little difficult. And just a lot of walking to destinations with no assist for people in my situation and there were a lot of elderly people there with us. Other than that everything was wonderful. The food was great. The shows were fantastic. And the staff very welcoming. The vendors in the middle on the way to the casino were ridiculous. They tried to sell my wife any and everything and they didn’t not take NO for an answer. And their prices were ridiculous luckily my wife is not Pendeja but I can see them taking advantage of elderly people or people that get scared easily. This is unacceptable they do not stop until you buy something!

Good experience, food was good, amenities and events were good, lots of entertainment, friendly staff. Room could benefit from some sound proofing. Overall maintenance is good but not great. Last two days there was no hot water; although not necessarily needed. Air conditioning is strong but noisy. In general terms, our experience was really good. I would recommend the hotel but do not expect a 5 stars experience.

We reserved a suite which was not available the first night we were there due to a pipe breaking leaving the resort without water. The staff was really good in trying to rectify all of the issues we experienced because there were more. We ended up with a nice room with an ocean view. Ocean views at this resort a very limited. The food is just bad, no other way to describe it. It seems the property is just old and tired. The grounds are very well kept though. Just too old and expensive for what you get.

I’m ready to go back! Clean rooms/ fun every night! Excursions are fun! Staff are awesome!!
