The check in process was super quick, however when we got to the room we saw that the bed hadn’t been prepared - no pillows and duvet cover. I think they weren’t expecting for anyone to use the room that evening as it was booked at the last minute, but they should have ensured that the room was fully ready when the reservation came through. "The rooms and hotel interior were nice, but the hotel is new and not yet ready to receive guests. The rooms had a sewage smell, the air conditioning did not work properly at night, and the electricity kept going on and off. The internet was also not working on the first day. Some staff members were extremely kind and helpful, especially with arranging taxis, and they tried to compensate us for the inconveniences. However, others seemed indifferent to our complaints."

"Right in the centre of the old city. Hotel parking a short walk away - no traffic in old city. Directions to car park and then to hotel all provided unprompted in advance. Great spot to explore from. Jazz club playing in the square outside was fantastic and room was fairly well insulated from the noise. I did have wax earplugs which was helpful. I suspect you cannot stay in the old city without noise all around!"
