The staff are so welcoming and friendly - the check in process was the smoothest i have ever experienced. The room was squeaky clean and was provided with bottled water (2) for each night of stay for free of cost. Definitely going back when in Montenegro."

"Excellent hotel and fantastic views. Staff were lovely and very helpful with all requests. Lovely atmosphere and great music playing during the day. Food is well cooked, great presentation and fantastic service. There was lots of parking available without additional fees. We really enjoyed the stay and were sad to have to leave Would highly recommend."

"Booked four rooms here for a work trip. Great location with a lovely a view. Rooms all clean with everything you need. Sibel & Sevgi were great hosts, very attentive and accommodating to our needs, including great communication via WhatsApp too. This will be our new go-to place when working in Montenegro!"

"< The apartment itself was amazing. Clean, spacious, the beds comfortable, water hot, aircon cold…but.. massive BUT.. it was directly above the most popular pub in old town. Thumping, I mean proper thumping music pounding through the floor, drunk people on the street yelling talking. The music got louder as it got later. By 11:30, I was registering over 70db in the front bedroom and 60db in the side bedroom, with the doors closed and the aircon blasting (for white noise) It shuts off bang on 1am, but unless you’re a night owl, do yourself a favour and just don’t do it."

"We stayed at the Heritage Grand Perast from 10th - 17th May for a week’s holiday and had an excellent time. The hotel is magnificent and well deserving of its five star rating. It is positioned in the centre of Perast and several restaurants are within walking distance (we would recommended Armonia which we visited several nights during our stay). The real special quality about the hotel is the staff: From Iljia who collected us at the pick up point then Ksenija who gave us an early check and an unexpected upgrade , we were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay. Little touches like the breakfast time being brought forward by 30 minutes on our last day so we could get something to eat before our pick-up just symbolise how good the customer service was. Our upgraded room was huge with a small garden terrace to sit out on, quality toiletries and a comfortable bed. The cleanliness of the room was top quality and the staff who serviced the room did a great job. We heard very little noise from adjoining rooms either. Special mention to Dragan and his restaurant team who ran the breakfast service each morning . They were so friendly and helpful and he is such a character. We won’t forget him! The indoor pool and sauna/steam room facilities were top quality too and there is a small gym which we made use of during our stay. Overall, we had an excellent time at the Heritage Grand Perast. It’s an amazing hotel with excellent service and fantastic views. Terry V"
