Perfect location

This apartment is situated in the perfect location - a short walk away from the old town and Kotor beach. It’s so comfortable and clean, and Danijela was quick to respond to any queries we had about the apartment and Kotor during our stay.

The apartment was spotless. Great location. It was our first holiday with a baby (7 months old) and they provided travel cot and highchair. Communication was exceptional - made that aspect of travelling with a baby very easy and reassuring. I would have no hesitation in staying here again and recommending to a friend.

Brand new apartment, with beautiful view. Super friendly host (son in the family) came to meet us upon arrival. Always available to help. Good rooms, kitchen and bathroom with all equipment needed. Short walt to Kotor city centre.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance from the beach, the market, restaurants and the old town area. The property was very nice and clean, with a nice view. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. They provided us with a lot of useful information. They also accommodated us by allowing us to keep the apartment an extra hour so we could have enough time to return from our tour. We had a wonderful experience.

Enjoyed our stay at Solaris Lux May '25. Danijela tries very hard to make things as good as they can be, and always responds quickly to any communication. Property is under 10 minute walk to Kotor old town with plenty of restaurants and takeaways or supermarkets. Have no hesitation recommending this property.

The best stay in Montenegro!

I usually don’t leave reviews but the apartments cleanliness and Daniela’s hospitality were too good not to. The apartment is so so clean (something I worry about when staying at an apartment) and well furnished, they also make sure it is well stocked with all the little things you may forget to bring with you - which is such a sweet touch. Danijela was also super responsive on WhatsApp, checking in on us throughout for anything we needed restocked or just general places to eat/ things to see recommendation. I also stayed somewhere previous on the bay and it was very hard to walk around however this area has a pavement all around it and grocery stores/ cafes at walkable distances. I will definitely stay here again if I find my self in Montengro again.

Superb

We had a fantastic stay at Solaris Lux in Kotor. Dejan, Danijela and their son were superb hosts who went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend to families and couples. The location is perfect for exploring Kotor which was magical.

Excellent but too much traffic

This place is very new, modern and clean. Unfortunately, the Kotor traffic is right outside the window. This make it difficult to enjoy the balcony and the windows are not sound proof. For a few days it’s highly recommended as free parking is amazing and the Kotor old town is reachable by foot

Better to stay here if you are renting a car as you should if you visit Montenegro to go around the other cities aside from Kotor. The place is so big, the owners are very accommodating as well. Everything is given to you inside the room. 5 stars.

Perfect Place to Stay near Kotor Old Town

Perfect base for our Montenegro stay. Just a few minutes walk to the Old Town of Kotor and a short taxi or bus ride away from Perast! Also just a few minutes walk down to the coast is the beautiful promenade where the excellent Caffe del Mare restaurant (and a number of others) is located. Danjela and her son Nikola were so kind and pleasant from the messaging before arrival to the in person welcome when Nikola helped us with our bags. They were always online in WhatsApp for any help we needed from transportation to tips around the area. They prepared water for us for the night as they knew stores would be closed on that day as it was a holiday. A bunch of chocolates were a sweet welcome too! The apartment is in very excellent condition. The living room is spacious with a queen size sofa bed. There's a kitchen and you can even cook with provided oil & seasoning needs, a washer and very good WIFI. Yes, we would be staying here again if we are back in the area!

Danijela and her son Dejan care about guests like their own friends or family. We felt well looked after throughout the stay. Fairly new Apartment is located in perfect place at Kotor. Shops nearby, famous attractions 10 minutes walk or drive away. Secure Car parking space was mega bonus. Views from the balcony was awesome even in rain. I am confidently saying that you don’t have to check other hotels in Kotor and book Danijela’s Solaris Lux right now.

Appartement super propre et confortable. Tous les équipements nécessaires. Hôte très sympathique et disponible, qui nous a donné pleins d'indications et conseils pour notre séjour. A 15min à pieds du centre et en face de la mer. Place de parking sécurisé et gratuit! Bref une seule nuit pour nous mais nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps tant ce fut agréable !

Lugar incrível! Perto de tudo. 15 minutos a pé da old town e 5 minutos da praia. O apartamento é completo e muito novo (lava louça, lava roupa, máquina de café, toalhas de praia etc). Os proprietários são muito atenciosos e até fizeram a gentileza de deixar água, doce, cerveja e coca cola de cortesia). Importante: estacionamento fácil e gratuito! Possui ótima conexão de internet, smart TV, quarto bem iluminado e com blackout. Além de tudo isso, é possível ver a baía de Kotor pela janela.
