The check in process was a mess. They had only one person as the front desk and super long line. To manage the line they direct guests to use their kiosk for e-check in but we waited three hours for our room and never got a room ready notice. Then when we went to the front desk they had no room availability but then they found the room. The casino also smells heavily of cigarettes. The rooms itself were nice and clean, especially the bathrooms. The free parking is also convenient.

Loved my stay there. The hotel was clean and a lot cheaper than other hotels. No keurig in the room though

The place is in the strip and it’s very accessible to all (food, transportation, walkable). The place is clean and quiet. Looking forward to come back in the future.

The property was huge, and if you didn't want to go anywhere everything was within the Hotel. There was a Mall within the property which was nothing short of amazing! The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. We had an issue with a running toilet when we first arrived in our room; however, maintenance came right away and fixed the issue. Loved 😍 Planet Hollywood will be booking my next stay in Vegas there!

My only complaint was that the carpet and mattress in our room were in need of replacing.

A beautiful property with exceptional rooms. A bit off the main strip but still accessible to walk there.

Pools were great! View of fountain very nice. Walkable to nearly every area we went to! Highly recommend staying here!

No coffee or fridge in room and too much smoking in the casinos. Great location, pool, food was good.
