L’hôtel est super bien localisé, le personnel est souriant agréable et accueillant. On a eu tout ce qu’on voulait avec des frais mais on a été bien servie. Le déjeuner trop cher, il y a plein de bon restaurants autours à 5-10 minutes de marches. (Transports tram super efficace si vous ne voulez pas marcher) Le personnel devait tout fois nous fournir l’information pour l’accès à la piscine sur le toit. L’accès à la piscine requiert une carte différente que celle de la chambre.

Breakfast was good but could do with a later time. Spa amenities should be free for guests but it wasn’t, we picked this hotel as it had a jacuzzi wewanted to use after a long day walking around but it was £25 for two hours each. No safe in room, we upgraded on arrival as we were told lower floors didnt have views, the view we had was the Stena ships dock , building works and busy main road. What a view!!! Not everyone drinks herbal tea so a better selection in rooms needs to be looked at. We had same bedding the 3 nights we were there cos it had the same mark on when we arrived. The hotel was fine but think i would look elsewhere next time. Food options around were good though.
