Unfortunately, we visited Gothenburg during an exceptionally hot few days and the room did not have an AC unit. The room safe was also locked so we were not able to use it. Additionally, the shared nespresso machine for the floor had mold in its water tank so we did not use it."

"Everything about the stay was great once we were checked in. The problem is the check-in process, and we heard the same complaint from two other guests. They mention that the reception desk is staffed limited hours. I never saw anyone there, and i must have passed by 10-12 times at various times of the day. If the front door is locked when you arrive and you don't have a phone, there is a way to get in, but we figured it out by trial and error. The instructions on the front door were not...
