Very central located so can walk. There is a bar down below and we did find this noisy even if window closed. Our room was a bit hot in the arvo as sun came through so would not like that in summer and blinds do not keep it out or the light. Windows had to be open at night so yes very noisy, but I slept ok on and off. Windows...
