Room was very cold when we complained the offer was a portable heating and blanket. Thermostat in the room was not working to our expectation. The room temperature was controlled centrally. Worktop in room was sticky!
Bed sheet was not tucked in so during the night kept moving. Heated towel rail did not seem to work.
All in all sloppy not worth the money paid.
