We had a wonderful stay as always which is why we keep returning to this hotel. We were greeted by lovely friendly reception staff who checked us in really quickly. Our room was clean and comfortable with all the things we needed for a great stay. There was a balcony from which we could see the Eiffel Tower.
We love to end the evening with a cocktail in the rooftop bar with beautiful views across Paris and excellent service from lovely staff.
The location is excellent with metro stations a 5 minute walk away so you can get all over Paris. Montmartre is a lovely location itself with a lovely village feel. It’s lively with lots of great bars and restaurants. There’s also a small Christmas market at this time of the year with a great champagne bar.
We always try to stay here and highly recommend this hotel.

The property itself was very nice. The staff was not particularly friendly.
The rooms are in need of updating. Worn, stained carpet, chipped paint on the walls, black scuff marks on the tub. The tub was so deep, it was a hazard to step out of. (Im also short) The bed was too hard for me. Electrical outlets have not been updated. The room was cold when we arrived and the thermostat did not work. We were offered an electric heater.
