Great generously sized room, helpful reception staff and super speedy and good laundry team. Breakfast was nice. Steam room, sauna and pool were nice.
Central location in Almaty. Hotel was a very dependable and helpful place to stay

Very nice hotel with excellent staff!
The rooms are nice but starting to show their age. Breakfast buffet is great but the restaurants could be better ( for the $ ).
