Dublin Northside Pet-friendly Holidays

The room was not pleasant or comfortable. It had nothing but two single beds which were past their best. There was no wardrobe, drawer of even a shelf to put clothes - nothing but a rail with some hangers. There was not even a chair to sit on. The cups in the room were not always replaced with clean ones and tea/coffee not replenished - guests should not have to request this service from reception themselves. The room is basically no better than a down market hostel and is far from the expectations of a four star rated establishment. Very disappointing accommodation, and the cost of my stay can absolutely not be justified. I would not recommended this hotel to anyone.

It was a 5 star experience from start to finish, the food was excellent the staff extremely helpful would recommend to my friends to stay here. My next time in Dublin I will be staying here and only here.

Overall, the hotel location and amenities within the hotel were fantastic. Loved the modernness of the place, nice gym and laundry facilities a plus. Only negative for me was the lack of airflow in the room, which made the room a bit humid, especially when the shower was used and lack of closet space ( basically there was none). For a few night stay tho, highly recommend it.

The staff were snippy, not helpful at all. The room was very small with one of us having to crawl over the other to get in and out of bed. There were no glasses or facecloths in the room. I was told there were no facecloths and to get my own glasses at the bar downstairs. It was very clean but that is the only positive. I will not stay there again

Great location! Room was decent, small if you were staying a long time. There was no air conditioning, but for us it wasn’t that big of a deal because the temperature wasn’t very warm. If you were staying here with hotter temperatures, this would be a problem.
