Staff was great and the location was good. The only reason this gets such a low score is that the shower did not drain. I informed the front desk, but the problem was not resolved.

Incredible hotel for the money. Exceptional facilities and amazing restaurant included in the hotel! Staff helpful and attentive! Great location if travelling from Dublin Airport, especially if going via the toll road - only 14 minutes on my return journey to the Airport!

The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The best night sleep I had was when our flight canceled and we stayed at a different hotel. The mattress was like a pull-out couch mattress.

Fantastic hotel with very pleasant atmosphere. Room was on the smaller side but very comfortable and had everything we needed except wash cloths (which don’t seem to be common in Ireland). Would stay again.
