"The staff was accommodating to our needs for flexibility due to Hurricane Milton impacting our travel. All staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the amenities allowed us to feel at home and relaxed. The coffee shop in the building was a bonus! It was so nice to be able to grab a delicious latte and pastry to enjoy while getting ready for the day without having to leave the hotel."

"This was a great spot from which to explore Dublin for a week - easy access to the LUAS red line with the opportunity to come “home” to a quieter spot to sleep! The studio was exceptionally well equipped. I only wished I had discovered all the goodies at the in house cafe sooner!"

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Front desk were very warm and welcoming. I had an issue with my water not heating up quickly and they quickly sent someone to fix it. It got better but I think it still needs to be looked at again. But I will definitely return to this hotel "

"Great location; clean as can be; perfect for two, related or not! (king bed and murphy bed single - both very comfortable. Tough to find entrance as it is not on Grafton Street - instead find Bruxelles Bar as it is directly across from there on Harry Street. Since it is a pedestrian way, your best bet is to get to the Westbury Hotel as it is diagonally across the street."

May not be suitable for families or female travellers due to the activities happening downstairs (casino and the corner shop, can get a bit rowdy at times). "Fantastic location, office staff great. Good kitchen set up with everything we needed. Not the comfiest of beds, the bathroom definitely needed an overhaul - broken tiles and the shower screen leaked which turned the floor into puddles. Would however stay again on a short trip due to location and service. the issues were only minor "

"The penthouse was a great size and had great views all around. Check-in was easy - since the apartment was ready early we were able to ask our cab driver to take us from check in to the actual apartment location. It was nice and quiet. A bit of a walk to get downtown but we did it multiple times with older kids and were fine. Closing blinds took a bit to figure out but they all worked by a button on the blinds plugin if the wall button didn’t work. We would definitely stay here again "
