A nice hotel with friendly staff and even let us keep some luggage until we return from one trip to then stay another night before heading back to Canada. A little further away than other Dublin airport hotels but it was still very good.

Well situated near airport. Good Irish pub 1 km down street. Shuttle service very efficient both directions. Rooms were clean, comfortable, good bed, and quiet, considering proximity to airport. Bar good in evening, breakfast, good but not great.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable, but I was given a bathroom set up for the disabled and the shower in particular was so gross (dirty grout, tiles at the shower base black with mold, rusty shower fittings) that I wore my flipflops to take a shower. Disappointing.

We were staying here after a flight from Rome and an early start. We waited for the shuttle, when it arrived the driver made no attempt to help with cases to our astonishment. The 20 minute trip consisted of him muttering to himself in his native tongue. On arrival at the hotel he again stood there making no attempt to help , I asked why he didn’t help,his answer was I’m a driver ! This was a new one on me after travelling for years. The guy on reception said welcome and how we were , I said not great after the behaviour of your driver. He saved the day with an immediate apology and a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, first class service recovery. The rest of our stay was very comfortable and no issues the next day back to the airport. Just an observation during breakfast , no manager presence and staff on there mobile phones behind the bar and waiting staff the same and chatting, not a great impression.

Check in felt as bit messy, the gentleman on reception was very cordial but rushed, although there was no one waiting other than us Goo clean rooms, very spacious and breakfast was excellent with great timings..overall brilliant experience.
