I am disappointed with my recent experience communicating through the Expedia platform. I had submitted a few requests in advance of my stay, including arranging a bouquet of flowers to be placed in the room prior to check-in, but did not receive any response.
This lack of reply affected my overall experience and expectations for the stay.
