Everyone was extra helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Hollywood Cafe was great; ate breakfast there every morning. Cabo Wabo was very good; ate on the patio. Ketchup restaurant had very good burgers. Enjoyed window shopping in the Mile Mall. The Chang restaurant was disappointing; beef was very chewy and broccoli was raw. Easy access to Taxi and bus.

The staff was friendly. We didn't get all the perks that the package deal stated. We had. In suite dinning the 1st night and the meal not pleasant, mention it and the staff stated we needed to talk to the manager. As we had a tight schedule we couldn't get connected with the manager when we tried.

The room was clean and has a small refrigerator and lil coffee maker. Bed was super comfy. I enjoyed their electric fireplace that would even crackle. Food was tasty and service was great. Will be returning for sure.
